Calcarea carbonica: bone and joint exertion, bone stress, back pain, swollen joints and a sweaty head at night.

Calcarea phosphoric: gives relief from bone pains and decreases the chances of fracture, stiffness, soreness and weakness of the bones. It increases bone strength and provides energy to the muscles.

Silicea: Help in the easy absorption of calcium and minerals in the bones. It helps in increasing the density of the bones.

Calcarea Fluor: It helps in chronic pain in joint affections, bone deformities, and cracking in joints.

One Bhargava Osteo Strong tablet twice a day or as directed by the physician.
