Shree Homoeo Center (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations for our service mutually.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


  • Shipping charges will be based on weight and destination. Shipping rates are per order, not per package.
  • For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by noon, Monday through Friday, to be processed and shipped the same day.


  • Our warehouses are open to prepare and ship orders from Monday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Any orders placed after noon will not be processed until the next business day.


  • Shree Homoeo Center must be notified of any missing or damaged products shipped to you within ten (7) days of receipt of your order.
  • Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned products. All returns will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that we will not refund your shipping cost for the return of new products. You have 15 days from receipt of the package to return your products to Shree Homoeo Center. After 15 days your order is deemed as accepted. Follow the link below to complete your return.
  • Occasionally, items are damaged during shipping. For replacement, please return the damaged goods to us. We will not issue a refund for damaged goods, only send a replacement. Please include the shipping cost of returning the item(s), and we will credit your account for that amount. Please include a letter with your contact information, and fully describe the damage or defect of the item(s).
